Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes, from your Bookings page. Cancellation policies vary per salon — most allow free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before the appointment, after which the deposit may be retained.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

Missed appointments without prior cancellation are marked as no-shows, and the salon's no-show policy applies (the deposit may be forfeited). Cancelling in advance is always free if you're inside the salon's window.

Reviews can only be left by clients who completed a booking through AppMe, so every star rating is tied to a real appointment. Salons can reply publicly to your feedback.
